I give this restaurant 1 star I'm a chef. myself and family visit Lo Pagan this half term. I was cooking most of my time there, but on our last night the family wanted to eat out ,so we decided to visit Max Beach. Well we order several different types meat curry vegetable plus a lamb biryani, presentation was good but as we started to eat the curry's that has arrive, as they were different curry's it all taste exactly the same, the biryani arrive later with an egg on top looking very dark orange i was shock to see that a restaurant run by Punjabi owner to cook food that is so disappointed and people are paying for such food. So Please don't waste your money for curry that comes out of a bottle. It not cook with any proper curry spices. We had two meals. Spaghetti with frutti de mare and a mexican enchilada with beef meat. Service was awfully slow with veeery long waiting times! We never received a requested spoon and the extra parmesan for the spaghetti. The spaghetti was mushy at its max. and there was far too little sea fruit in it. My girlfriend couldn't sleep all night because of troubles in her stomach. The enchilada was covered in indian street mayonnaise style, the beef meat was full of fat and tendons and all in all horrible to eat. Can't understand those good...
