We ordered a juice and a coffee. When the waiter brought that to us we wanted to order a snack, because we first have to look what we wanted. The waiter couldn't take time to take our order and said we had to wait. We saw that the daily customers were helped in a minute, others had to wait. We saw 3 people (Spanish people) leave and they complained they were sitting there 15 minutes without seeing a waiter to order. After 15 minutes the waiter didn't come back, but he served as I said the daily customers. After finishing our drink we asked the waitress for the bill. She didn't say anything. After 10 minutes I asked the waiter the bill. 5 minutes later I asked again the bill to the waitress. She said me to ask it to her collegue. Voy a exponer mi experiencia sufrida ayer a las 09'30 horas en éste establecimiento, llevo tres veranos yendo desde los Alcázares a la playa de la Llana en bicicleta y habitualmente suelo realizar una parada a desayunar, zumo de naranja y tostada de salmón con tomate casi 10€ con la subida de precio de este verano, el verano pasado 7€ y pico) ayer mañana había en la cola de caja tres clientas y el último éste que es escribe, bueno la rubia del éste posiblemente rumana les toma nota en la caja a las tres clientas y cuando me llega el turno, abandona la zona de caja y se va en dirección cocina al tiempo que le dice al camarero de gafas Diego atiende tu la caja, Diego no hizo ni caso y continuo sacando desayunos en la bandeja a la terraza, estuve esperando entre 10 y 15 minutos, transcurrido éste tiempo opte por abandonar el establecimiento con un sentimiento de rechazo y menosprecio hacia mi persona, entre las reseñas he leído varias quejas referentes a la atención en el servicio, pero no he leído ninguna disculpa o explicación por parte de la gerencia del establecimiento, lo que evidencia que. no hay intención alguna de poner solución por parte de la empresa respecto a estas quejas que son varias, por mi parte no volveré a poner un pie en ninguno de los establecimientos que la empresa tiene en diferentes ,lugares, es una pena por la comida y los desayunos son estupendos pero la atención y el servicio deja mucho que desear, estando desayunando allí han sido varias las veces en las que las dos rubitas del Éste se han puesto a discutir allí frente a los clientes culpándose entre ellas, la bajita que lleva el moño encima de la cabeza, puff es terrible menuda soberbia y genio tiene, como tenga pareja y no haya hecho la mili seguro que la está haciendo ahora con ella, como un ser tan pequeño puede tener tan mala leche( yo la apodo cariñosamente con el nombre de Chihuahua )cuando se ponen a discutir entre ellas es todo un espectáculo, esas dos como continúen trabajando juntas cualquier día pasan de las palabras a los hechos y acaban arrancándose los pelos,pero si la gerencia es conocedora de esta situación y no pone solución para resolverla, los clientes poco podemos hacer, excepto dejar de ir a éste...

I have visited this ice cream bar/restaurant a few times over the last few years. Sadly it has now become rather grim looking and dirty. There seems to be no hygiene standards here. I watched a member of staff cutting slices of ham for an order and feeding herself slices of ham at the same time.
