I got recommended to visit this bar for the special local basque cheesecake (it was invented in the Basque Country) The service was nice and the staff friendly. The espresso was rich and not that acidic I would rate it 7.5/10. The cheesecake was quite interesting- it was jiggly and fluffy as a Japanese pancake, it was different from Basque cheesecakes I am used to : all I have tried previously were pretty dense. The texture was amazing, the taste was not too sweet with no tang which I was expecting.
