Bresca — Restaurant in Sant Antoni de Portmany

What a disappointment after 2 years of coming regularly!!! Since 2 years we’ve loved to come to this restaurant! It was always a win! Perfect food/ service/ prices. Today we’ve got more then disappointed! The prices went up, the new stuff seems to have never heard of something like a smile before and the food… the gluten free pasta was overcooked and the Arrabiata sauce tasted like warmed up minced garlic plus a hint of canned tomato sauce. Also the staff didn’t put enough attention on anything! We asked for salt and pepper for the food which arrived when we were done, empty plates were taken from the table before all of us were done eating! When we ordered our desert it took 20min … then the waitress appeared with her tablet to take the order AGAIN! Of course we understand that evryone can have a bad day but even then as a waitress it’s your job not to let your customers know and smile anyways!

Ps: we really miss the amazing waiter...

Incredibly RUDE waitress .. was actually Kind of ridiculous how mindlessly rude she was, I could see her upsetting others around me too with her audacious ways 🫣

Thankfully after I mentioned this was unacceptable to be fair and we were on holiday and paying up For a lovely meal In a great location, the other waitress stepped in and apologised. Offered us 20% off everything and gave us a free dessert .. and the waiter also was so Apologetic and very sweet that because of Those two others we actually left on a great note, having enjoyed our food eventually and been treated with kindness rather than whatever that first one was throwing out

They had no vegan cheese but the pizzas we had as vegan pizzas were AMAZING! Walnuts rocket tomato sauce on a sourdough base with vegan chorizo 🫶🏻 and the vegan mouse was sooooo yummy. Also had some extra tasty bio drinks 🥤

Would go again based on that sour human Not...

Food is good (for the food we actually received at the table), service is TERRIBLE. After we sat and waited for 30 min, the waitress came to our table. She says : "Drinks?". We order. She says "Food?" and the manages to zone out while we say what we want. She says again " so you want food or not?".. so we repeat our order. We order drinks, apetizer and dinner. We were 3 people dining. One of them never got their plate, so no dinner for this one ? The waitress never noticed and we had to track her down to inform her. Never got the plate.

Others points : found meat in the vegan salad. got dirty plates for the appetizer. we received the bill before receiving the food, and the bill included the food we never got. (personal opinion) i dont believe that waitress could smile to save her life.
