Amazing new place in st josep, exactly what the town needed, a fresh well decorated aesthetic location. Very spacious and comfortable, every table has its little private space to enjoy your own experience. It seems you are in a jungle... Probably the biggest advantage is the amount of space, it's probably the most spacious location in the area. The cocktails are out of this world. Usually I am the picky type, wich always asks for less sugar... But these... Were just so well balanced, I had nothing to reproche. Obviously there is room for improvement... But you just opened 7 days ago! I can't wait for them to extend their menu and start with live music events... Go go go ! please keep...

A hidden gem in Ibiza for those looking for authenticity. Dinner was spectacular: dishes full of flavor and creativity, thanks to the talent of chef Mario. Every bite felt thoughtful and well executed. The waitstaff was lovely: friendly, attentive, and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Deborah, who made the evening even more enjoyable. AMAZING! Such a nice place, good vibe, nice breeze and delicious food 😍. This addition to San Jose its just so exciting, they are finally spicing up this little village. From fresh aguachiles to savoury tacos and flavored chicken wings my dinner was perfect (not even mentioning the esquisite cocktail with Tequila) 🍸. And the best above all that it's they are opening all year, thank you the Coyote Team for this new experience in town. Looking forward to coming back with family & friends....
