The food is ok. The service is awful. We ordered Zucchini Carpaccio. We assumed it will contain of zucchini and also have beef/fish as the definition of carpaccio is ’Carpaccio an Italian hors d'oeuvre consisting of thin slices of raw beef or fish served with a sauce.’ We didn’t touch it and kindly asked the lady to take it back. She brought her manager which raised her tone of voice aggressively shouting that carpaccio is ‘anything sliced thinly’ and started repetitively arguing with us whilst everyone around us was looking. She then threatened to call the police on us, we told her she can proceed. When she realised that the threat didn’t work she said she will take it off the bill for us but we have to pay our full bill now in case we try to ‘run off’ or try send back anything else. I have never been treated so rudely by staff before I would avoid this place. Now we understand that in Spain they have all kinds of ‘carpaccios’ but it’s not really our fault that they want to call sliced vegetables...
Read moreIt took 35 minutes for them to come and take a drinks order. We were point blank ignored for the longest time. They would look you in the eyes then just look away and not acknowledge you. We were only given menus when I went up and asked for them, taking dirty dishes left on our table with me. Staff member mari came across as particularly rude.the restaurant was very busy, clearly not enough staff working there. The lad behind the bar could not keep up with drinks orders. I ordered sangria that never came. The drinks that did come took a very long time. Couldn't even pay my bill without going and standing at the bar so they couldn't ignore me any longer. Just ridiculous. When the food arrived it was pleasant. We only stayed as we had a small child with us who was too hot and too tired to move on and find somewhere else. Im sure on a quieter day it'd be much better but I wouldn't go there again for all the...
Read moreMe and my boyfriend were really impressed with this restaurant. There are 3 on the beach and we were liked the look of the menu the best here. It is a lovely spot looking out to the sea. Everything we ate was delicious. I never normally go for salads but they all sounded so good here - I went for it -the tomato and mozzarella was so tasty. My boyfriend had a chicken burger and said it was really good. The next time we had the prawns, pattatas bravas + bread and aoli - during this visit we saw another table had the paella and decided to come back and have it on our final night in Ibiza. Very attentive staff, great menu, great location - hats off to the chef! If you are staying in San Antonio Bay or make a trip over to Pinet beach - make sure...
