I have to give this restaurant 1 star. The food and the place itself were great, but this was completely overshadowed by the awful and unprofessional service

The waitress that served my friend and I was utterly useless. I asked for the smash burger with no relish and no onions, she vaguely said ‘no’, I enquired as to why not, she stated that I could only have the burger without one thing. I asked why and she said she could only minus one item on her system, I explained that I understood this but asked if she could ask the kitchen to please not include onions or relish. I asked her politely why she could not ask, she said it is not possible and that she cannot, which explained nothing.

She clearly did not want to be helpful and had no interest in serving me the food I wanted, she did all this with a rude unbothered expression.

I cannot reccomend this place due to not knowing how they would treat customers who have intolerances...

Super high quality burger patties! We were so impressed and sooo full!

I saw the goat cheese burger in the photos on the menu but it wasn’t listed as an option. The server told me that it was still being made so I got that! It was super yummy- I had the party “punto más” or medium well.

My friend got the same burger but just medium and it was cooked perfectly. We could completely see the difference between our patties.

We also got the truffle Brie burger and my fiancé loved it!

And for our friend that does not eat beef, she had the chicken burger and also really enjoyed it!

The fries are nothing special- they didn’t taste fresh at all- and mine weren’t hot. The jalapeño bites were bomb!

Decent food and excellent service / value. I didn't get that 'quality meat' taste that you get with top rated burgers but you can't argue with the review scores. Overall experience was average. When we looked in all the tables had 'reserved' markers on which was confusing. When I asked a reservation wasn't needed and we were shown to an inside table next to the cooking area. We were baking hot and uncomfortable during our which is why I marked it down a bit. To be fair we didn't ask to be moved as we thought we were luck to get a table but everyone coming in without a reservation got seated anyway so why confuse customers with the reserved...
