Avoid!! We booked this place on the last night of our holiday me, my wife and 6 year old daughter and the meal turned out a disaster. My daughter got chicken fingers & chips…can’t complain. Me and the wife both ordered lobster rice, the first lobster had hardly any meat in so we told the waiter who said we had to speak to the manager, I’m not one to complain but for 72 euro I expected more. The manager was very defensive and was aggressive and said he will make a new one and walked away by this time the paella rice was so cold but I didn’t want to say anything as the manager wasn’t understanding and we were so hungry so the lobster came it was cold and very undercooked like goo I showed the staff they agreed and the manager said he can’t cook another one as they are so expensive at this point we obviously didn’t want another so I just said that’s fine we will eat the rice. We finished our drink and had to ask for the bill twice and we were charged full price I just asked if they took into account the first lobster was practically non existent and the second one was raw at this point my wife was scared as the waiter started shouting at her saying this job pays he’s wage we got the impression he was terrified of the manager. He started to shout we are all humans infront of my daughter at no point did we raise our voice or were angry he might have been having a bad day but whoever owns this place needs to look at he’s staff especially that manager!!We paid the bill but people need to know not to visit here please don’t waste you’re money it’s such a shame as the...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. My experience at The Beach Ibiza was absolutely appalling. The service was nothing short of atrocious — the staff were rude, vulgar, and borderline aggressive, making the entire visit feel hostile rather than welcoming.
I ordered the lobster rice, expecting something at least remotely decent for the price, but what I received was inedible. It was just a plate of stale, overcooked rice drowning in a revolting, gravy-like sauce — and shockingly, not a single piece of lobster meat. Just the empty shell dumped on top as if that would pass for a meal. I wouldn’t serve this dish to a stray dog, let alone paying customers.
The entire atmosphere was made worse by the patronising and arrogant staff who seemed more interested in belittling guests than providing any kind of service.
I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save your money, your appetite, and...
Read moreWe had breakfast here one day. We wanted a paella next to a beach but our research into beach bars showed that a lot of them were a rip off, with entry fees and expensive food.
The beach did not have any of this instead opting for simply great food at a reasonable price.
The view is great and although it doesn’t have the best beach in Ibiza the restaurant itself is clean, modern and friendly.
The paella was delicious with fresh seafood. There was more than enough for both of us. It was served for us and arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner. My wife struggled with the crab as it is served traditionally and the staff were happy to help her use the tools.
The scallops were an amazing starter some of the best food I’ve had...
