Konmimo Sushi - Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

A much needed injection of affection for Port D'Es Torrent!

I dined here with my little girl yesterday after a fever caused us to miss out on the opening the day before and we brought takeaway home for the rest of the family. The service was impeccable, with very friendly staff and the restaurant is well decorated, clean, simple and chic.

The food is incredible. The love and passion that chefs Chaky and Jaume have for their work is there in every beautifully presented, carefully thought out and delicious dish.

They use top quality local, fresh produce for their innovative dishes and we loved every bite.

The crunchy tacos filled with unctuous avocado and tuna, topped with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime were a contrast of textures and an explosion of flavour.

My daughter had the chicken wings which had been carefully deboned before being served on little beds of lettuce and mint leaves with a scrumptious sauce drizzled on top. She loved them.

The brownie she ordered for dessert was gorgeous and just as creative. A round brownie arrived, with a light and fluffy almost mousse like whipped topping that I think was coconut cream, enveloping a scoop of zingy and fresh raspberry sorbet. All was topped with crushed pistachio and an edible flower. I got one spoon from the five year old!

On leaving we ordered ribs and sushi to take home to the family and they declared both to be perfect. I don't eat meat myself but could see how perfectly cooked and tender they were as the meat was falling off the bone. The sushi was just divine, the best I have had in ages.

All of this, plus two glasses of a fantastic rose and an alcohol free cocktail, came in at 56€ - a very good price for such quality food. And it's right next to the beach...ideal for sourcing picnic food too!

We just had the most amazing meal here ( 7/8/24) the food was exceptional to say the very least. Only matched by the service from Aloe (sorry if I spelt your name wrong ) she was friendly and knew the menu so well and was so helpful in guiding us through the excellent menu. The bar man (sorry I didn’t get your name) was also excellent in so many ways. We have been coming to Ibiza for many years and this was without a doubt the best meal and service we have ever had. What an absolute gem on the beautiful island of Ibiza. This charming little restaurant delivers on every level, from the incredible sushi and flavour-packed gyozas to the delicious tasting cocktails, every bite and sip is a treat.

Chaky is not only a fantastic chef but also a truly warm and welcoming host. You can feel the love and care poured into every dish and every detail of the restaurant.
