Staying at the, cool, Can Salia Hotel was wonderful and relaxing but undoubtedly the jewel in their crown is their restaurant, Taste of Salia. Our first night, we arrived jaded from a late flight in need of some sustenance. We were given a warm and friendly welcome and treated like royalty. Trusting recommendations from their extensive and impressive menu, we felt instantly relaxed and at home and the rest of our stay followed suit. We were incredibly lucky to be introduced to the restaurant’s manager Alfredo (Lafuente). We can’t speak highly enough of him and the team… Petr, Alicia, Nacho & Co. The problem is, from breakfast to dinner, you never want to leave the restaurant, you just want to chill and be waited on.
BTW he was also gracious enough to recommend a neighbouring fish restaurant, Can Pujol. Even sorting a sort after beach-side table for us. It’s understated finca style doesn’t look much but the food is excellent. All the great and good (Spaniards), in the know, dine there. Eating and watching the sun go down. We loved it. Thank you Alfredo, you truly MADE our holiday an unforgettable experience.
Every restaurant needs an Alfredo!!!!!!! Taste of Salia,...
Read moreTasteless meal, Caesar dressing runt no taste.. pork Korean tasteless, cooked medium ( no go for pork ) croquettes were ok, Spain knows how to do them.. food presentation was good but its not enough for full experience.. why would you offer Korean Pork on the Baleric island and you do it wrong 😬 There is a basic for the Chef-I taste the food I cook.. Waitress Carlotte said that she did not pay attention because she was closing the cash register.. Why this industry is dying, why people do not keep their commitment to serve the guest and take full responsibility for whole team! When waitress says that its not my fault, that place should close!!! Again I am addressing this message to owners, CEOs, take care of your Associates, so they can take good care of your guest and guest will come back!! I wish this message will be heard and you can improve. This is not a complaint, but...

With access to an amazing view for sunset at the rooftop with a cocktail bar and raw food menu. Perfect for a drink before diner.
The restaurant is downstairs, next to the coast. The staff was super nice and effective, the menu is super complete, we had Spanish tortilla with a very good truffle sauce, prawns and octopus’s cocktail with clams sauce, cesar salad (super well done), pork with vegetables super tasty, grilled octopus and sirloin steak. Super good quality food.
And for drink they did a very well done Bloody Mary, they have good wines per glass and gluten free beer.
I highly recommend this restaurant or cocktail bar at their rooftop for a good gourmet experience. The price was very good for the quality, around 50€ per person with 2/3 drinks each one....
