POM Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

it's my second time at POM in Ibiza and definitely it got better than my first visit. I have to say that my first visit was really a nice experience but now somehow it got exceptional 😍 I noticed how magical became the outdoors sitting and how beautifully the service was entertaining my view while going towards the busiest time... Johnny the director of the orchestra at some point changed the gear and consequently the pace of each of the staff on the floor..... ( first whaooo ) right after following the action I observed how the staff on the floor was performing during the evening and hat's down.... actually they were dancing 😍. . absolutely flowless!!! Everyone was playing great but I want to shine someone in particular that really came above my expectations which was supposedly a drink runner but in my opinion was the Cinderella of the evening!! She was serving graciously and even though they were slightly understaffed this person wearing a jumper never...I mean NEVER dropped her smile from her face which made me feel that no matter of what I knew that I would be taking cared properly, That being said I want to congratulate everyone who performed that night and a special thanks for Johnny and THE CHEF with his finest palate that brought the genuine Thai food to elegance of the French cuisine!!! Went here before the start of the season therefore we were the only couple in for the majority of our meal. Greeted with a warm welcome on arrival by the waitress who was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making various recommendations/suggestions during our meal. The restaurant itself is very clean and well decorated with a classy, tranquil feel about it. We shared the chicken spring rolls for a starter after receiving complementary chicken satay sticks. For mains we shared green thai chicken curry and panang chicken curry, both with sticky rice and both were very tasty (in my opinion the panang pipped the green thai curry). We found this place by accident. And from the parking lot with the gravel to what looks like a clothes shop we were not sure… Howe we we were wuickly greeted by a French lady who guided us over a large Persian carpet to the back of the house - and we found ourselves in a a mini oasis of tranquility. Water features, lights. It all adds to the atmosphere.

We had super friendly service both times (we went back because we loved it so much). And the food was seriously good. Authentic Thai flavours. Nice portions.
