2 of us were going to order the ribeye steaks, €28 on the menu, the waiter told us that if we pay a "little" extra more we could have a "chuleton" tomahawk steak between us and a little bbq on our table to cook the meat to our liking..so we agreed. We also ordered all our extras, bread and ali oli, salad, french fries, pepper sauce for our steak, Our drinks arrived along with our french fries,salad, pepper sauce, bread... 30 minutes later, we had a plate of cold fries, cold pepper sauce on our table but no steak, The waiter took pepper sauce, fries away then brought them back again 20 minutes later.. then 10 minutes later our steak arrived.. the steak was mostly bone and fat... looked more like the scraps from a butchers bin... not a good quality steak..

We then waited another 30 minutes for dessert before asking for the bill... The bill in total for 2 of us was €165 That included €94.80 for a steak we waited over an hour for that we had to cook ourselves !!

Although the service was ok for us..just a little slow, the food was average and over priced. The staff seem nice, just need a manager to give them some direction!!

All other tables were complaing about waiting upto 2 hours for meals..tables were walking out..

I was looking forward to eating here, will never make that...

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would, staff at the entrance harass you to get you inside the restaurant. As soon as you’ve ordered you’re completely neglected. We waited over 30 minutes for simple chicken wing starters and we ordered mains at the same time as starters and waited an additional hour for our mains. Our party of 4 ordered Wagyu burger x2, rack of ribs, carbonara and French fries x3. Everything was stone cold and inedible. We was so furious at this point we left the cash for the starters and drinks on the table and departed. The predator at the door had the cheek to offer us shots and we were also chased out the restaurant by staff despite the fact we paid, just goes to show how little attention they pay to their customers. We didn’t bother taking any pictures of the food it was that bad.

Just to add my friend left his sunglasses on the table , we came back within 5 minutes to get them back and they insisted they didn’t have them. After applying a bit of pressure magically the sunglasses walked out the back of the restaurant back into my friend’s possession. Laughable...

Walked past this place a few nights in a row without going in. Eventually the scent of the meat that was drifting out to the street was too good to pass by. We had a group of 10 including kids. They have a play park which kept them entertained between courses, so the adults could enjoy their drinks in peace in what was a lovely setting. The food was good, ribeye steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Price initially seems expensive but is actually comparible with any Miller and Carter, Tomahawk Steakhouse or similar restaurant in the UK. However, I guarantee that you won't eat in a setting like this or have the same service that we received. A big thank you to all the staff for making our evening so enjoyable. A particular shout out to Antonio who set the mood from the minute we walked in. Great humour, happy vibes and was great at explaining the menu and serving our needs throughout the evening. We will...
