During our visit to Cala d'Hort Restaurant, we had an exceptional dining experience that truly encapsulated the essence of Ibiza's coastal charm. The restaurant offers not only a delightful culinary journey but also stunning views that elevate the overall atmosphere.Food: We started with the anchovies fried appetizer, which was a delightful beginning to our meal. The anchovies were crispy and perfectly seasoned, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. For the main course, we opted for the mixed grilled fish and a striploin cooked medium well. The mixed grilled fish was fresh and flavorful, offering a variety of textures and tastes that seafood lovers would appreciate. The striploin was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with just the right amount of char to enhance its flavor.Service: The service at Cala d'Hort was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. They were prompt with our orders and ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.Ambiance: One of the standout features of this restaurant is its breathtaking view. Situated with a perfect vantage point, we enjoyed panoramic views of the coastline and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea. The serene and picturesque setting added a special touch to our dining experience, making it memorable.Value: At approximately 50 euros per person, the meal was reasonably priced considering the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the spectacular views. It was a worthwhile investment for a unique and fulfilling dining experience.Overall, Cala d'Hort Restaurant offers a delightful combination of great food, exceptional service, and stunning views, making it a must-visit spot in Ibiza. Read moreI can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience we had at Restaurant Cala d’Hort. After being firmly turned away from El Carmen due to their strict "no dogs" policy, we stumbled upon this gem just 70m away - and what a blessing it turned out to be!
Despite our last-minute arrival, they not only accommodated us but also welcomed our tiny Chihuahua with open arms with flexibility and understanding of our situation.
The service was impeccable - friendly, attentive, and genuine. We were promptly seated at a comfortable table with a great view, and they even cooked some salmon for our dog. The gesture alone melted our hearts.
The food was amazing. Each dish very fresh and well flavored. Fish, meat, and super well made paella. They even brought us a bottle of local liquor on the house 🥹
You can see that they are truly dedicated to hospitality. In a world where rules often overshadow compassion, they proved that empathy and flexibility can coexist with excellence in service and cuisine.
We are very grateful for their warmth, flexibility, and, of course, their incredibly delicious food. Without a doubt, we recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking not just a meal, but a great...
Read moreI have so much to say let start with the food, it was great can’t complain about that at all! But if I can give an opinion on one thing is that helping people to call for a taxi wasn’t helpful at all! I was lied to, they stated that they will call a taxi for me after I came back from the beach! So after walking around the beach for 20 mins, I went back to my waitress so she can call for me a taxi as I was instructed but she pretty much brushed me off, like i wasn’t a paying + tipping customer. Luckily the host notice she wasn’t helping me so he gave me a number to call for a taxi, where i explained I have no service at all. The gentleman told me that I have to walk all the way up the hill, in the desert heat to try to get some kinda of service! FYI taxi’s don’t drive to that area because it’s about 40 mins from the strip of Ibiza , then if you try to wave a taxi down after they drop someone off they always give an excuse saying that the restaurant calls to pick up someone up. You’re better off renting your own car in Ibiza because with all the BS with taxi issue just to see a rock in...
