A new restaurant for the area specialising in very reasonably priced burgers (for Ibizan price standards). The quality is generally very good and if you're looking for something tasty, you'll definitely find it here.

The burgers generally follow a "country" theme - e.g. Ibiza with goat's cheese, Greek with feta, American with bacon and cheese etc and there are chicken and even veggie options if you're not a beef lover. The sweet potato fries were off the menu when we ate, which was a shame, but everything else delivered as promised. The drinks were also reasonably priced so, overall, it's a great choice if you're feeding a family or you're just looking for something a bit different for your evening meal.

One thing to note, however, is that the food does have a bit of an artificial "Americanised" taste which may be a positive or negative depending on what kind of food you like. The nachos starter dish, for example, used the kind of homogenised cheese and guacamole you'd see in an American-style diner rather than an authentic Mexican restaurant. It doesn't make it bad but it does mean that, if you've been eating fresh fish, salads and paella all week, you might find it a bit...

We ate here last night and to be fair it was pretty good overall... For starters we had the chicken wings ( lovely ) deep fried prawns which were ok but a bit floppy ( think the deep fat fryer needed to be turned up a notch or two, ) for our mains i had the Mexican burger which came with cheese, guacamole & jalapeños and tasted better than it sounds 😋 My wife had the Indian chicken burger.... tasted fine but a bit oily so again the deep fat fryer needed turning up so the oil didn't seep into the chicken & coating too much .... we then shared a tirimisu the service was swift...

We both had a burger at Ryders. I’m boring and had the plain option and my friend had the burger of the week. Both of us were very impressed by the size of the burgers and, more importantly, the taste! Cooked to perfection. Definitely the best meal we’ve had in Ibiza.
