Vinyl Burger Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Disappointment with two separate experiences, both in-person and through Uber Eats.

On my first visit, the experience was less than satisfactory. The woman chef was chatting with other employees rather than attending to our order, which led to delays. She only started preparing our burgers after taking a phone order, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. Burgers less than great in tastes and very sloppy presentation (taste sauce)

Despite this, 6 months later we decided to give the restaurant another try by ordering through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, this was a worse experience. The food quality was unacceptable for the price—50 euros for two burgers and nachos, all delivered ice cold. The nachos had unmelted cheese, and the entire meal was essentially inedible (meat was uncooked which shouldn’t be the case when doing deliveries). I requested a refund, but it has yet to be addressed and have been completely ignored.

The combination of poor service, subpar food quality, and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I urge you to improve your service and food quality for future customers and address my request for a refund.

Went 3pm on a Friday, staff was nice and music was fun (old school American Motown/dance). Had the Exotica chicken burger and it was ok at best, patty was not great and the guacamole was a little light and the mango salsa was not compelling. Had the trinto wine drink, decent, also had a Brut IPA which was interesting and unique. Overall seems like it’s a fun place to hang, would come back for a salad or...

A Real shame. They served me a slice of cheesecake and was bitter and acidic. I asked the waiter to take it and taste it and also ask for the check. Hoping they realize… but they charged me the cake. I complained again. But nothing works in this island in sake of quality and customer satisfaction. But they were wrong we are not tourists, we are residents. And people will know...
