Hollywood Diner Cala Millor — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

Firstly ordered drinks, they came after a good 10 mins, gin and tonic was lacking gin tho just tonic and a glass with ice. Then the waiter spilt a glass of orange juice all over me, all over my t-shirt, shorts and trainers and my son's trainers covered in sticky orange juice. Waited just under an hour for food. Burger ordered was nice according to my son, my currywurst was also very tasty but very minimal still hungry after. Pizza ordered was very dry, hard dry crust and burnt cheese on top. Could have done with at least 5 minutes less cooking and chicken skewers with baked potato, well.... Chicken chunks very dry, squeaky when you eat, baked potato was still very much raw and cold. Did not say anything at the time as already waited nearly an hour just ate what we could and went to pay. After being asked by what appeared to be a manager if was ok, I gave my feedback as above and he became very defensive and said we should have told him to which I told him we didn't because we had already waited so long and we could see it was very busy. No apology, no attempt to make right, not even an offer of free drink for having it thrown literally all over me. Been here for a week now and have eaten a different place every time but this is so far is the only place we all agreed we would not return. Great concept, good menu but poorly executed. Today, me and my daughter went into this restaurant thinking we will be alright heading to the toilet, as my daughter is only 8 years old I would hope that the staff would let her to go in.Yes I know we were not ordering food but seen as well it was early in the morning and other toilets weren’t open I’d think that they would let us pop in. But no. The staff shouted at my daughter rather then calmly telling me that me daughter isn’t aloud in.They began to say it a rude manner ,”you can’t go in the toilets” “they have just been cleaned and you will make a mess” I suggested that they should talk to me rather than shouting in my 8 year old daughters face.But all of a sudden he began telling us to get out ,yes I know we wasn’t ordering anything but we was just popping in the toilet as my daughter was desperate,I’m sure it would be fine.I don’t no what there normally like but from this five minutes of being in I know that the staff aren’t nice and I’d rather go some where else…..hope this helps any one and I suggested going...

The staff was friendly initially. The food was a miss. Which is a shame since the atmosphere was nice. The recommended ribs looked and tasted like the boxed "American" ribs brand from the Lidl. The angus burger was ok. The regular cheese burger was served semi rare, pink in the inside. We asked for the burger to be cooked longer and was told that the burger isn't a McDonald's burger. We insisted on it to be cooked longer and what we received about a minute later was the same burger that was microwaved. I knew it was microwaved because part of the bun had gotten hard. We told the staff we didn't want it, they asked if we would take an Angus cheeseburger since those are cooked well done. By the time we received our burger we had lost our appetite. They didn't charge me for one of the burgers when I paid the bill. Needles to say we will never return to that place and would advise anyone eating there to make sure your burgers are cooked thoroughly. Unless you don't mind getting...
