Oof. We went around 8 pm, place was packed - honestly I don't blame the service for taking a bit longer or misunderstanding my request for sangria as "cerveza" they were doing all they could. I took the beer anyway as it was promised I'd only have to pay half since I didn't order it. That was forgotten. We were promised a starter on the house that never came (no harm done, we didn't pay for it anyways). Up to that point, it was okay, only a few bumps in the road but all very understandable going by how packed the place was (every table taken + 2-3 people waiting for new tables). Ordered Paella and my partner had the Tortilla with Potatoes and Onions. It came with fries and salad, not Bad. Fries were pretty bad, raw on the inside, not crunchy, not tasty. I've had better at airports, swimming pools, or even McDonalds.. Tortilla was ice cold, filling had 0 Onions, only potatoes and egg - basically tasted like cold, unseasoned scrambled eggs. Meh. At least they provided Mayo and Ketchup to drown that thing in to make it bareable. Paella was pretty much exactly as everyone else described it. Crunchy/uncooked at the top, very salty (and I like things salty usually) and a little sketchy food quality wise. There were chunks of fish on there that were literally grey, at least I think it was fish, could've been anything, really. Didn't feel too well after the food but that could've been down to the insane amounts of salt I consumed with one portion of paella.. I do not advise going here, better options are literally like 50 steps away.. :/

I visited this restaurant in on a rainy afternoon. While the food itself was fine once it finally arrived, the experience getting there was very disappointing. We waited about 10–15 minutes just to receive the menu, and then another 15–20 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. The restaurant was maybe 75–80% full, so busy but not overwhelming. When I mentioned to the waiter that I hoped the food wouldn’t also take as long, he responded with visible anger, saying that I could leave if I didn’t want to wait because the place was “full.” His tone was very disrespectful and unprofessional. What made it even more frustrating is that during the time we were waiting for him to take our order, he had time to stand outside and chat with someone from across the street for a couple of minutes. Clearly, it wasn’t just about being busy. I’ll add a photo, he is the guy in black shirt. The food itself was okay, but I strongly suggest management instruct the staff to treat customers more politely. A good meal should never be overshadowed by such poor service.

Stay away terrible service looks can deceive. 06.04.22 Went for dinner this evening with my partner and son and from being seated we notified the waiter of milk allergy and was asking advise for menu choices to which he could not be bothered and looked fed up and lacked understanding how serious allergies can be. With that in mind we was going to pay for drinks and leave however we did not know anywhere else good to eat and chose to stay. We both opted for the paella and started with some tapas.

To be honest the tapas was very good we both really enjoyed the dishes. The paella on the other hand was not cooked to the point the rice was crunchy and meat was extremely tough. We both left the dish with only a couple mouthfuls tried to be eaten. Knew something was not quite right when paella came out in around 25mins. In the past I’ve had paella I’ve been notified of 45/1hr minimum wait as it requires time to cook.

We asked for the bill and notified the young girl cleaning the table away of the issue who wasn’t bothered and nothing done. Naturally when going to restaurants if both guests leave the whole dish surely questions would be asked and asked to be put right. But no bill was put in front of us. We paid and left. When leaving four members of staff all at the exit and not one said thank you goodbye or nothing. Let me be clear we did not cause fuss or was rude whilst inside. We are not that type of people. I hope someone at the restaurant pick up this review and works on both the paella and the waiters communication skills. Please and thank yous and a necessity in your trade. Please save your money. I would go as far to say spend it on a fry up at least you know it will be cooked and you’ll get a thank you on...

We went on our first trip to Majorca I unfortunately had an accident before we left the UK so was on a walking stick and we took our 87 year old mum in her wheelchair. On our first day in Calla Millor there was a freak storm, so we sheltered in some shops. After which the sun came out so we walked along the prom, and went to a great place along the prom called Pirate Bay for a cold drink as we were not hungry. After shopping we decided to get some food before returning to the hotel, and as our first choose was closed, we went to La Sangria, as my sister thought it might be good as it was full during the storm, and was empty now with just one Spanish family sitting outside. The first waiter seemed friendly enough, when my mother was in the bathroom the second waiter arrived and rudely moved my walking stick from the chair my mother was going to sit on, and said your mother will use her wheelchair. When she came back she said it was too cold to sit outside and wanted to move in doors, so recluntantly he let us move. The first waiter came back and took our food order, then hurried back to our table laughing like a maniac. I asked him if we’d forgotten something, and he told us that it wasn’t us, he was just about to go outside for a cigarette but saw his bosses van pull up outside so needed to look busy.

I understand that Europe is going through a dislike for the UK invading their resorts, but we are not all there to buy property we just wanted to pay for some good food polite service and a friendly atmosphere, which is not what we received, until the younger waiter came on duty.

As for the food, it was tasty paella burnt and I have had a irregular stomach since that meal and it’s been a...
