I thought I'd try this place for lunch with my kids due to the high rating. The main negative points was the service and food. The waiter you seated us was friendly but the younger guy who took our order has very little interested in helping with our order and questions, he also didn't know what an iced coffee was cause my daughter asked him what he was bringing to another table and when she ordered the same she got a horrible huge coffee.... Then there was a woman waitress/owner who seemed very keen on cleaning our table while we were eating, removing plates and serviettes. She also didn't seem bothered about social distancing and when I was paying by card, she grabbed the card from my hand to insert it into the machine rather than letting me swipe it. As for the food, my daughter ordered the chicken escalope which says it comes with roast potatoes but they gave her chips. I ordered the squid with chips which was pretty rubbery and basic. Also I was over charged for at least the squid, I couldn't have been bothered making a scene in front of my kids. Overall the location and place is nice, the main waiter/ possibly owner was nice, the rest were moody with no interest in our experience, food was very average, as was the price...
Read moreWe arrived to cala Millor to spend a week and googlec for the nearest best restaurant. This was the best ranked in the area and we actually walked a bit further than expected coordinates are 200m wrong.
I set a 1 star as the restaurant didn't met any of my expectations.
The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the beach, but there is a promenade in between and a small wall before the sand which spoils the view.
Service was quite slow and quite bad: few knowledge of the menu, took the note wrong, a bit rude...
Finally the dinner was very disappointing: big menu with entrees, tapas, starters, pasta, meat and fish..but most of it with weird taste.. May be those are designed for German taste, but most of the tapas do not meet "Mediterranean" standards: "garlic mushrooms" tasting soar, "garlic prawns" tasting tomato soup, "potato omelette" with unknown flavor... Quite a disaster.
To make it worst, there was a terrible german singer in the bar nearby with the music so loud we could not here people talking in our table.
Al together an experience to forget.

Read moreAvoid this place – don’t be fooled by the high rating! There aren’t many places in Spain where you can eat this badly. The mussels we ordered were dry, rubbery, and had an odd taste — clearly not fresh and possibly off. When we politely complained, the staff took the dish to the chef, who apparently said everything was fine. One staff member even asked: “Who knows better – you or the chef?” Arrogant and dismissive. They also questioned why we didn’t complain after the first mussel — as if we should know immediately. Obviously, we had to try a few to confirm it wasn’t just one bad bite. Instead of handling it professionally, they treated us like we were trying to get a free meal. That’s not just bad service — it’s offensive. Tourist don’t come for a free meal to Mallorca. This reaction just demonstrates that The staff have no idea what proper customer service looks like. In the end, we paid and left. No apology, no resolution. Just a terrible experience all around. Do yourself a favor and eat literally...
