Platja Blava — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

Two words - never again! We visited this restaurant late in the evening hungry and excited to taste good spanish food. So we've got two paellas, one with shrimps and one with pork. At the beginning the staff was kind and nice and brought us what we ordered - unfortunately. The shrimp one was more or less good but nothing special (especially not worth the money). The pork paella was let's say good by taste but every single piece of meat (and I mean every) contained either tendon or bone. When we asked a waiter which meat was used to cook the food he was not able to tell us. After a while he came back and with a story that this is how pork paella is cooked and it is normal so he cannot do anything about it. He even said we are the only ones who complained about their food which basically sounded like we should shut up and not complain. We had pork paella many times and this is really not the way how to cook it. Once we complained the waiter began to ignore us. Moreover, he started to clean our table without asking if we want anything else or if we are ready to pay. That totally pissed us off so we went right to him to tell him we want to pay. Short and to the subject, this night is our 2nd time here, yesterday we was served by a top waitress but today....waited over 20mins for starters as the waitress was busy staying behind the bar eating while the customers were waiting for the order which was ready to be collected from the kitchen, when my wife went to ask about our food she just brought it from the kitchen and give it to my wife, hence she brought it to the table, also if you going during the night the mosquitoes will have their dinner too.Not even 5 minutes later, our main course came. I am sure that even the waitress has a specific break so the restaurant can meet the customer demands, but guess what... she took another one even though she got the order from our table. Worst service from this "specific" waitress. Our compliments to the other one from yesterday, thank you! We don't know the waitresses name, but the top one was the one...

waited for the order exactly 40 minutes one pizza for the child, after which I came up and asked what the problem was, to which I heard the answer that we have priority and a lot of orders, that's what they answered me, and they didn't even come up and say that they had a big delay... after 40 minutes I came up again and they didn't even start making it, to which I refused the order!! in the future I will give you advice if you have a lot of people, just always tell this to customers and they will decide whether to wait that...
