Hotel Brisa Marina — Hotel in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

I would like to inform you all that if you guys want to spend your holiday nicely and peaceful than please don’t choose this hotel. On Sillot is very other nice hotels and professional hotels. Please do your self a favor and Please Please don’t select this Hotel. We did it and regret it every second time. This hotel is absolute NO. So let me tell you guys why… ||||FIRST- ||NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ||||No customer service at all, the people who work here can only say no every think we ask they say no an shake there heads and say NO. And no one can speak proper English or proper German. This is Mallorca biggest tourist place for Germans and any normal stores you go people can speak German but in this hotel NOBODY CAN SPEAK GERMAN OR ENGLISH. ||||SECOND-||NO PROFESSIONALISM||||No Professionalism. Its 32 degrees outside and also inside the Room. The Air Conditioner for whole hotel is not working since 3-4 days and the doesn’t give us any alternative or and other information nothing. Every time when we ask about it they say I don’t know and do ABSOLUTE NOTHING. It’s not this a new problem for them if you see other comments there are many complaints about Air Conditioner and many others stuffs. ||||I don’t understand how these kinds of Hotels get stars in Spain. (Mallorca) ||||THIRD- ||BREAKFAST ||We book a room with breakfast and everytime we have to go to some other places to have our breakfast because the here is so old and smelly here. They used very old and bad products here. One day I had a very terrible Food poising after have a there breakfast. ||||FOURTH- ||ROOMS||The Rooms are so dirty you can’t even imagine. Every the room service come to make the room they just make our bed and change the towels that’s it. They do nothing else.||||Please be careful and don’t fall on these kinds of hotels who only so lots of good Pictures on there website and take your money and gives you in return ABSOLUTE NOTHING. ||We did a very big mistake staying on this hotel you guys don’t do the same...

As always i am asked to review when i have been there for a few days. I always wait until the day after i get home. First the hotel. The photos shown are from different sites. The hotel itself is a little gem. Situated on the seafront with a walkway you do not get any traffic noise. It has many resturants some of which are great and some eh!!. Spar shops are everywhere so you can stock up on anything you forgot to pack like toiletries and sun cream, the beers are the cheapest in town and worth buying a few for the fridge in your room but not many as the fridges are very small. The pool gives a welcome respite from the heat but it does get warm but is a little small incase you thought of a few laps. The hotel resturant was just for Breakfast and an assortment of choices. Ask the chef for a 'fresh egg' as he does them well in advanced and they look like frisbies. Every room has a balcony, mine faced the sea and infront of the hotel was a pedestrianised area where on some nights you could be entertained by a Panpipe group or a local band of youngsters and stalls of handicrafts and jewlery. Sa Coma itself is Ideal for Families and the older traveller as there is no thumping dance music and bars open through the night, come 11:30 silence. The hotel WiFi is reasonable and the rooms have the card system which is also your room key but unlike some of the older hotels, your Morrisons loyalty card does not work. The power goes off intermittantly (including the aire-con)and despite this 2 weeks i could not figure out why some day 1 hour and some all night. The staff are around incase they are needed with the front desk manned 24/7. There are lots of walks and never far from a bar. There are 2 main beaches each side with umberellas and beds for hire. All in all it is worth a visit if you want a comfortable break then this...
