Restaurante Maritimo — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

Me and my wife called in here on the 15/05/2017. My wife had seen someone eating some chicken skewers that looked nice. So we called the following evining, we seated ourselves as no one seem to take any notice. Eventually a waiter come over and give us a drink menu we asked to see the food menu which we eventually arrived via a second waiter. It seem to take 20mins to put our order in for food. My wife order chicken skewers and I ordered the pork skewers we where informed that it would take about 20mins to preper. On arrival of the food it was noticeable that the food was bearly warm on both dishes. On cutting open a large live of pork it was found to be are and blood was still present. The waiter removed the dish with no apology. Before the dish was returned we heard the microwave ping and seconds later my dish returned less the garnish placed in front of me and told there you go. Still no apology orders the bill paid for the meal to the 2nd waiter again no apology I would defiantly not recommend this...

A Culinary Masterpiece in Mallorca

This was, without a doubt, the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely 5-star attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional.

The food? Simply out of this world. Every dish was made with fresh, local ingredients, and you could taste the love, care, and respect for each element. The quality of the ingredients was second to none, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The house-made bread was divine, all the sauces were prepared in-house, and the smoked fish was unforgettable.

Every bite was a celebration of Mallorcan flavour and craftsmanship. Even the wine was outstanding, carefully selected and perfectly paired to elevate the whole experience.

Lovely food with a very attentive waiter/owner. He was welcoming, friendly but not intrusive and was clearly passionate about the food and service. Small menu suited his philosophy of fine cuisine with maximum attention to detail. Only 1 small recommendation for any future customers(which is my entirely fault as I didn't see the website) is that if you want paella then book a table and order the day before your meal as it takes a long time to cook authenticly. Once again, my fault entirely. Coffee was delicious also to finish the meal.I would highly recommend. Lovely setting to right on...
