Bibabo Restaurante — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

When we saw the prices on the menu that was outside of the restaurant we were really eager to try the food as the prices seemed really affordable and nice. However when the waiter brought us each a menu the prices were way different. We ordered two sets of starters and only got one in the end. Moreover the waiter said he forgot about it and we expected that at least it won’t be included on the bill but it was actually there, so they tried to charge us for something we didn’t receive. But what was really upsetting is the fact that when we tried to honestly say that we didn’t enjoy the carbonara we ordered the waiter decided to teach us on how it’s actually made basically saying to us that we’re wrong and don’t know what we order. There was glas in our food. The waiter brought over the tiramisu and as we were eating it I was chuckling and wondering what it was that my wife was strangely chewing on as the dessert isn't meant to be chewy.. as it turned out it was a piece of glass. I immediately got worried about my wife's safety wondering how much of it she had swallowed especially since she is pregnant.. explained the situation to the waiter and he simply denied it happening at first until we showed him the piece of glass which then he just stood there baffled and confused.. handed over the bill (which I don't know why I even paid).. and had spend the entire night worrying if my pregnant wife was...

After two visits I can only give 2 stars, the average of two visits. The first dinner two days ago was good, friendly and attentive service, the food was okay. I would have given 4 stars. But not after today. I ordered my food without a certain component, because I am allergic to it. The food came - including this component. When I told them, I couldn't eat it, they took it back to the kitchen. It came back and they had only removed that component. Everyone with a food allergy knows that this is a no go. By then, the rest on the plate was stone cold. And they didn't even apologize. No way I will ever go back there. Zero stars for this...
