Guachinche El Churrasco — Restaurant in Santa Úrsula

A real Guachinche, good food and wine for a decent price. Not many options to choose from but that's what you expect in these places. And what they do, they do GOOD. The lady smoking at the door told us to go away when we were parking the car as there was "nothing left". She didn't know a friend was already there waiting for us but those aren't the manners you expect when you arrive at a place (45 minutes before they close) to have a meal. This is a legit Guachinche. They only open in winter, they only have a few options on the menu and they are all great. The chef really knows what he's doing.

The espada is chunks of marinated, tender pork, cooked to perfection over a fire. Costillas are meaty, succulent racks of ribs and the chicken is deliciously garlicky. It's all best enjoyed with some of their great value red wine.

Uno de los mejores guachinches a los que he ido sin duda.

Quiero empezar por recalcar el buen servicio, sin exagerar 10/10. Todos y cada uno de los empleados con los que interactue super amables y serviciales. Muchos restaurantes de nivel podrian aprender mucho de este sitio llendo una sola vez a cenar.

En cuanto a la comida muy bien. Pedimos de entrante una fabada que estaba de lujo. El fuerte de este restaurante es la carne. Nosotros pedimos la espada que viene con carne de cerdo, muy sabrosa. Como principal pedimos el costillar que era enorme y estaba buenísimo de sabor. Es perfecto para compartir entre unas 4 personas que coman.

Las papas fritas te las ponen con ajo y cebolla, buenisimas. Entre 3 personas nos comimos dos platos enteros. Una buena carne siempre tiene que ir acompañada de unas buenas papas.

El vino estaba bastante bueno dentro del nivel guachinche. Correcto

El restaurante tiene parking aunque es algo pequeño pero sino se puede aparcar relativamente cerca. Esta en una cuesta que sino tiene 20° se queda cerca.

De precio me pareció que estaba bien, nos pegamos un homenaje y salimos rodando y salimos a 20€ cabeza, que mas se puede pedir. Totalmente...
