CBbC Marina Sta Eulalia — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

We booked a table for 7 we was very excited to eat here after been recommended by sister but was extremely disappointed. Service was very slow & we was ignored. We waited 10mins to be seated & the restaurant was not full but that was no problem. We was sat in a nice place with lovely views. We sat for 10mins has they was no menu i tried to get attention but had to go to bar to ask for the menu card. The lady then came to ask for are drinks order then are food order afterwards. We received are drinks & starters no problem & they was nice, we also received 3 kids meals at similar time which was chicken & chips the kids was not eating their food so I tried it & it was very over cooked & dry I asked for some sauce but it was still very dry. We then waited in total from taking are order 1hour & 45mins for the other main courses to come which they didn’t. One waiter came over & said you must understand we are very busy & everyone has ordered sushi we waited a little longer.

We then complained & they said they was coming by this time we was so fed up so we paid for what we had received & left. The children was very upset by the whole situation & so was we. What a shame such a beautiful venue. We will definitely not...

I booked a table on July 2021 for myself and my partner at 10 pm and upon arrival we were told to wait for 5 minutes.

Whilst waiting, we witnessed a couple complaining to an Argentinian waitress they were put on hold for an hour before we arrived.

Our actual wait time to be placed was 30 minutes.

Once on the table, we ordered just a simple croquetas serving and mixed grilled fish for two.

While waiting, a group of four next to us complained about their plate being served by mistake twice and there was an argument of the food being reused from another table.

Our croquetas was served after an hour and the grilled fish literally came the next day at midnight, which obviously we cancelled.

The waitress was always absent and when we tried to call, they always looked away.

The only exception was a spanish waitress that served the drinks and helped what he could sort the mess.

After this episode 3 waitresses came to our table with different versions of the issues, lack of personal, broken printer, too many costumers… Anyway, if you value your money, time and enjoy great food, stay away from this place.

Terrible service, never seen this in my life and won’t see it again as I will not come back to...

We ate here last night after a recommendation from our hotel. It was so disappointing. We ordered grilled veg and chicken cannaloni. We were hungry and wanted to try a potato side dish which was on the menu and priced in its own section. We were told we couldn’t order it unless we’d ordered meat? It was so awkward as the waitress said no. The place was not half full but we waited 30 minutes for our mains. Another table asked where their food was. Had we not been so hungry we’d have sent them back as they were both barely warm. We felt embarrassed actually. They did taste lovely and the flavours and presentation were good. Was it good value? No. I paid over 20 Euros for 1/4 of a potato, 2 slices of carrot, 2 slices of courgette, 2 asparagus spears, 2 small broccoli florets, a red onion and 1/2 a mushy pepper. The cannaloni was small and at least should have been served with veg or salad. The setting was beautiful. There are positives and negatives. Sadly, I feel that last night, this restaurant was underwhelming...
