Cuyo — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

We had a fantastic experience at Cuyo in Ibiza. The atmosphere is stunning, with beautifully thought-out decor that perfectly complements the relaxed island vibe. The view is a bonus, making it a great spot to unwind and take in the surroundings.

The food overall was excellent. The sweet potato tacos, in particular, were a standout—full of flavour and perfectly balanced. The chicken tacos, on the other hand, were a little underwhelming and could have used more seasoning or texture.

Where Cuyo really shines is in their desserts. I had their white chocolate and pistachio tacos served on a bed of shortbread-like biscuit, and it was nothing short of amazing—light, refreshing, and truly memorable.

Cocktails were top-notch, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

I’m a hotel guest, got there at 8:20 they said I have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table when there is more than half of the restaurant open with tables. While I’m waiting I made a reservation for 8:30 because online they had plenty of time slots. I walk up at 8:30 and let them know I was able to make a reservation for 8:30 the check my name and they saw my reservation and said I have to wait another 10-15 minutes ? What is the reason for the wait ? Your restaurant is empty you are losing money use common sense! I will just walk down the street and give my money...

No suelo escribir reseñas, pero de verdad que este restaurante de auténtica comida mexicana ha superado todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré, fui recibido con una cálida bienvenida que me hizo sentir muy a gusto.

La decoración del lugar es muy agradable y el ambiente resulta acogedor y relajado, ideal para disfrutar en compañía de amigos, familiares, en solitario o en pareja, sin importar la ocasión.

Lo que realmente me dejó impresionado fue la comida. Cada plato que probé estaba lleno de sabor mexicano de verdad, elaborado con ingredientes frescos de la más alta calidad. Además, las porciones son generosas y los precios resultan sumamente razonables. Recomiendo pedir varios platos para probar diferentes especialidades. Los tradicionales tacos, el guacamole, la carne, los pescados, las salsas picantes eran simplemente deliciosos y añadían un toque extra de autenticidad a cada plato.

El servicio fue impecable. El personal estaba muy atento y brinda un trato amable y cortés sin resultar pesados.

No puedo pasar por alto los postres. Jamás en mi vida he tomado postres de este nivel, una cosa impresionante y fuera de serie. ¡Definitivamente, recomiendo probarlos todos!

Voy mucho a México y puedo decir con certeza que este restaurante de comida mexicana merece más que cinco estrellas. Es un verdadero tesoro culinario que recomiendo a cualquier amante de la verdadera y auténtica comida mexicana.
