Disclaimer: I was invited to experience the restaurant for dinner because I love trying restaurants between Ibiza and Formentera
Personally, the grilled veggies (avocado with romesco, Chinese eggplant with a coconut milk, honey miso and chipotle, and a grilled cauliflower rubbed with a spicy pesto) we had were just as good as the octopus and entraña. My favorite was the Chinese eggplant. My husband loved the octopus leg with the mint and lentil side. The entraña was grilled medium rare and went perfectly with their own Ibiza version of chimichurri.
We tried two desserts, the white chocolate yuzu truffles and the lingote de chocolate meloso. Both were great but if we had to recommend one, try the chocolate one!
The location is in the Siesta part of Santa Eulalia del Rio in Ibiza. HUMO is located on the rooftop of the Nativo Hotel and has a fantastic view of Santa Eulalia Bay and the Siesta hillside. We had an amazing view of the full moon. Great atmosphere, you can be casual as it has a laidback chic vibe. There is some parking.

La comida deliciosa, pero el camarero no supo orientarnos en cuanto a cantidades a pesar de preguntárselo. Su única intención parecía ser querer engrosar la cuenta. En cuanto al ambiente… Apagaron las luces antes de que acabásemos de cenar. Además no está techado y la temperatura no era la mejor para cenar al aire libre.
