We’ve been coming here since our first holiday in Ibiza in 1993 when we were 19, and now visit with our three grown children who love it as much as we do. This restaurant is one of the reasons we return to Santa Eulalia every time. Beautifully cooked, simple and delicious food, friendly service in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Rosa worked behind the bar the first time we visited and has now owned and run the restaurant for many years. We returned this evening and will be back there again on Monday, and probably another two or three times before we return home. The kebabs are deliciously tender, served with the softest jacket potato, a salad of tomatoes, lettuce and onions, which Rosa once told us were all home grown, and a bowl of bread with aioli and olives. Their Sangria hits the spot and their homemade apple torte is to die for. If you’re visiting Ibiza, you need to visit Siesta Mar Bar grill, couldn’t recommend it...

Located in the Siesta area in a small side street ( Carrer Els Rosers ) about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Santa Eurarlia This is a predominantly residential area that is quite hilly Set inside a walled open aired area surrounded by flowers and greenery the dining area is spacious and comfortable and atmospheric and the staff are all very friendly and helpful Specialities are grilled meats accompanied by a baked potato which is such a refreshing change fom the usual fried fayre , salad and alveoli and crusty fresh bread , the fillet steak is simply cooked to perfection and delicious Deserts are mouth watering and there is an excellent wine list and coffees with a fine brandy is a great ending to your meal If you want a superb meal in a lovely setting with a great atmosphere then give this place a try You won't be disappointed ! This is a beautiful open terraced restaurant, the food is cooked on an open Barbecue and the steak melts in your mouth. The staff are all very friendly and the service is excellent, it is always busy and locals use the restaurant so you need to book to avoid disappointment. The sangria is the best I have tasted and they have a white sangria made with Prosecco, by the glass or in a carafe.
