La Costanera — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

Waiting time: 1,5hours. Ordered: 1 can of sangria and tapas (calamaris, croquettas, pan and pattatas bravas). Sangria tasted similar to normal orange juice... Croquettas had a strange filling I have never experienced before. There was no fork and knife on the table when our food came. The waiters weren't interested in customer experience (have a nice meal, everything ok,...). Service was very poor. The people next to our table came 30 minites after us, ordered a hot dish, which they received within 15minutes?! ... We informed the waiter about the poor quality of the food, and he told us they know about the poor 'quality' of the croquettas... ?! We asked for the bill, we had to wait another 15minutes... Every time I come to Santa Eularia, I just HAVE to make sure I visit La Costanera. Their food, whether you're getting Tapas or a full meal is delicious every single time. This time when I visited, we were served by Rosana, and what a joy it was. She recommended we try their Herbias after dinner which was an amazing call and the perfect start to our evening. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who needs a bite to eat and something to drink in...

To be honest, I was not expecting much when sitting down at this restaurant. The view was amazing, but normally the quality of the food is not superb at these touristic spots.
