Absolutely disgusting on all levels. Vile inedible food. Before negative reviews I always give the guys a chance to redeem...sent food back, came back microwaved. All dishes poor and we were in a party of 5 adults. We complained again and said we did not want to pay for one of the dishes that was the worst one...and we would pay for the others of a poor quality. The waiter (with terrible B.O) got the chief chef / owner out and boy was he threatening! He squared up to a lady in out party for a fight, children were crying in the restaurant, and basically the guy is a head case. After reading a few good reviews, I can only say they must be false, and after reading Trip Advisor, others have complained about how confrontational and aggressive this guy is.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Would give zero stars if I could. Service was non existent. We waited a little while to be seated, which is fair enough as the restaurant was busy but not full. That should have been the first red flag as we were ignored by all the wait staff. We were eventually seated and it took 15 minutes of being sat down to even be given a menu. Bearing in mind we are sat outside and it’s getting dark. Half an hour passes by and not 1 waiter has come over to even take a drink order, I asked 3 different members of staff if they could come and take our order to which none of them did. Worst of all, people who arrived after us were served before us. A shame as we have walked past this every day on our holiday and thought how nice it looked and couldn’t wait to try it. We literally stumbled upon this place, as we wanted to get out of the wind and rain on our first night staying in Santa ulalia. Honestly, if we’d read the reviews first, we probably wouldn’t have come here. Just shows how wrong it is to judge a place on online reviews alone. The service was great, the atmosphere was buzzing and the food was fantastic. The beef carpaccio starter was huge (again, some previous reviews complain about small portion sizes), as was my baby lobster with tagliatelle. I couldn’t finish it all.
