We were drawn to El Vizietto de Ibiza because of its beautiful decor and inviting exterior. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the aesthetics. Upon arrival, we were not welcomed in a friendly manner, despite the restaurant not being busy. It took a long time before we were attended to.
For starters, we ordered Calamares Fritos Estilo Andaluz to share. The calamari was rubbery, completely inedible, and the tomatoes on the plate were old. We sent it back, and all we got was a simple apology from the staff.
For the main course, we had Tentáculo de Pulpo a la Plancha con Verduras de Temporada. The octopus was just as rubbery as the calamari—our knife literally bounced back when trying to cut it. It was tasteless, and although the vegetables were cooked okay, they had no seasoning whatsoever. Not a grain of salt or pepper was used—completely uninspired.
We also ordered Su Majestad la Parmigiana (Berenjena a la parmesana con tomate, mozzarella y parmesano). However, the eggplant was almost nonexistent, the cheese was not real Italian cheese, and the dish was incredibly greasy. It tasted like something made from supermarket ingredients—not fresh at all.
To make things worse, the plates we were given were absolutely filthy. It was shocking that a restaurant would serve food on dirty dishes.
We love dining out and trying different restaurants, but this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. If I were the owner, I would fire the chef immediately. The only saving grace was that when we asked for the bill, we were only charged for our drinks. That was a kind gesture, but overall, we would...

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My partner and I came in for a couple of drinks – we weren’t hungry, just wanted to relax and enjoy the evening. But from the moment we sat down, we felt like we were being rushed out the door.
We hadn’t even finished our drinks when, completely unprompted, the staff brought us the bill. No one asked us if we wanted anything else, no check-in, nothing. It was like we were being told, “You’ve had your drink, now leave.”
And as if that wasn’t enough, they started clearing our table immediately – glasses half full, everything gone in seconds – making it painfully clear that we were no longer welcome.
The entire experience was uncomfortable, rude, and left us both feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I don’t care how nice the place might look – no atmosphere can make up for service this cold and dismissive.
Absolutely never coming back. If I could give this place zero stars, I wouldn’t...
Read moreI ordered the “La Sicilia che ricordi…” pasta, which promised red prawns, prawns, and langoustines. In reality, there were just two tiny red shrimp, both tasting like chlorine, with a strange aftertaste and one very tiny langoustines. The dish looked unappetizing and was completely inedible.
We complained politely, but were told it’s just a matter of personal taste and that nothing could be done. Honestly, that response felt disrespectful, especially considering the price and quality. For €24, that response is unacceptable :(
The presentation was also very poor, and even visually the dish looked unappetizing. My friend tried it as well and couldn’t eat it either.
Pizza and cheese starter were good! But the baked aubergine (€16) was bland and lacked a lot of salt. Coke 0,2 l was 4€.
Very positive was the great service – friendly and professional! A 10/10 there! 🫶🏼
Over all this restaurant was decent, but the food was for this...
