We tried to eat here the evening before and it was very busy, and rightly so. We ended up booking a table for the next evening and we were so glad we did. The staff booked us the best table at the front of the restaurant and greeted us like old friends as we arrived. We decided to have tapas but couldn't decide what to have and we were not pressured in any way even though they could have sold the table many time more during the evening. When we decided what we wanted the waitress took our order she advised us on what we should have and how much even though she could have made more from us ! The food was incredible. The fillet steak was wow, and the garlic prawns were something else! I had the potato croquettes which were beautifully cooked and so smooth inside. The spicy sausages were good but I'd have liked another couple . At the end of the meal the waitress brought us some bread to mop up the prawn and garlic oil- OMG! I would definitely go back again as it was an incredible meal, a beautiful view and a very chilled out atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend making a...

Had diner here. Food took long to arrive ans when it did .. starter and main arrived together! And it was not even high season or a busy night. Staff try their best to be kind and apologetic.

However here is the message for the manager/owner:

The stray cat that jumps on dining tables and chairs and runs around the restaurant is good reason for you to loose your licence to operate! I was seated and next thing a big cate jumps on my chair and table.to get to the wall and creep under the plastic fencing and eye my plate of prawns with its mouth drooling!!!!

I move to the inside. A while later the ladies behind me jump and rattle their table as the same cat run under the table and legs to race across the restaurant!!! Is this normal???

Mr owner this...

I have visited Las Arenas a few times over the years, it was still as I remembered it! The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. I wanted to order everything on the menu!! The waitress was really helpful and told me I only needed to order about 3 dishes which saved me a lot of money and wasted food as I was absolutely stuffed after the three dishes I ate - meatballs in marinara sauce, garlic and olive oil prawns and then some crusty bread with allioli for dipping. The sangria was also very nice! The only downside was that I had to ask for the bill three times and I asked three different staff members, but we got there eventually. Would definitely go again and try something...

Fantastic food, we had our last night dinner here which I can't recommend highly enough. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We often drop here for coffee too, there are a few seats outside overlooking the little harbour and beach.
