Ramen Shifu Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Lucía de Tirajana

We were staying in the local conference hotel across the road from the shopping centre before our flight and decided to venture out.

There is so much to choose from but Shifu Ramen sounded like a good option, especially as my wife and I both know we enjoy Japanese food.

As a big anime fan the vibes in the restaurant were really cool. With one piece, dragonball, demon slayer en studio ghibli stuff all over the walls and menu. The ramen bowl I ordered was super delicious and the sides were also really good. For the amount of food we got and the quality of the food the price was more than reasonable. Premier test ce midi chez Ramen Shifu à Vecindario (dans le centre commercial Atlántico). On voulait goûter un max de choses, alors on a commandé… tout l’apéro ! Au menu :

Takoyaki (ces boulettes japonaises ultra cloud),

Karaage (forcément du poulet frit, tu peux pas rater ça),

Age Gyozas (impossible de résister aux raviolis crousti),

Ahiruman e boletus (mystère, mais très bon, promesse),

Shibuya Wings (ailes façon Tokyo street food),

Crispy Ebi (crevettes panées, sensation crousti-gourmande au top).

Un vrai medley d’entrées japonaises pour voyager direct au pays du Soleil-Levant. Pas de ramen cette fois (mais l’étape 2 est déjà prévue !).

L’endroit est sympa, service rapide, ambiance manga garantie, même les friandises sur la table donnent le ton. Tout ici est 100 % japonais, du menu à l’ambiance en passant par la déco.

Ramen Shifu, c’est une chaîne présente un peu partout en Espagne, spécialisée dans les ramen et tapas japonaises. Ils revisitent les classiques nippons, et franchement, c’est une super découverte : portions généreuses, prix hyper correct (on s’en est sortis à 39 €, défi imbattable). Promis, la prochaine fois, on teste les ramen.
