Staff were lovely, and the marina-side seating was a delight. The drinks were reasonably priced and good quality.

The food was so-so however. My partner got the salmon which was very salty and came in an even saltier teriyaki sauce, which is usually a favourite of hers but was too salty this time. It was perfectly cooked however and the sides were good.

I ordered the T-bone cooked blue, and it was really poor. The waiter thought blue was an unusual request, which is odd because it's a common preference! He actually kept suggesting I wanted it medium, which is burnt for anyone who likes it blue. It came out with no colour on it, cold, and the cut was a particularly fatty piece. Raw fat is hard to cut as it doesn't render, so I had to give up on cutlery and eat it with my hands. Nobody came to check how the food was, or I'd have sent it back. For future reference, a blue steak should be heated with a high heat very quickly until it gets a crust colouration, and the cut should be the one with the least visible fat on it. The sides were okay but it said "vegetables" and contained mushrooms which I can't stand and ruined the taste of the vegetables. Really disappointing as this was our last meal in Mallorca and was a birthday celebration.

Oh my goodness. Disgusting service. Never in my life have myself and my family been treated that way in a restaurant by. Do not go there. They actually take photos of your finished food.

Reply: I'm sorry but you cannot give someone a cold meal (ribs) change it and give them the same side of fries with mayo still on them 15 minutes later. Also the second portion of ribs were still bad which wasn't finished, but was eaten as the whole family had already finished. You said send it back again, but shall we spend all night waiting for you to get it right ? NO! We politely requested that maybe it shouldn't be included as you go out to eat as a family. It was your disgusting behaviour afterwards that shocked us. I said in the UK it would have been no problem. Anywhere I've been in Europe it would not have been a problem. It's a normal practice. You should never photograph someone's order. I would like future customers to be aware of your poor approach. It is all fine until something is not right. Had a very bad experience this evening to the point where a meal was cold so returned however came back to us with the same plate but heated up even with mayonnaise still on. Everyone at the table had already eaten their meal when the second plate came back. Wasn't going to go hungry so started to eat the food however it was very tough and not very edible. Most of the food was left and explained to a waitress that it was not good at all. We then mention it to another member of staff who then showed us a picture on her phone of a plate of unfinished food 😲 however it wasn't the full plate that was left. I can't believe a picture was taken. At this point it got a little heated where we had to take the children away from the table. Not a pleasant customer service at all. Children were devastated to hear their mother being called a liar. Sorry for the rant but...
