Xocolata — Restaurant in Santa Margalida

Things that were not so good in my opinion. Maybe it was just not my day, sorry Team Chocolate :)

I give you 4 Stars, but also could have been 5 when you made good Pizza or Pasta. The Pizza I ate was greasy and difficult to eat, as the Pizza only had 4 Salami Peaces and cheese and onions just fell on the plate and the Pasta was not very appetizing. It was very munchie and chewy, but we still ate it because it was the first time we came to Mallorca and we were very hungry after the flight to Mallorca from UK. 1 Star. *

Things that were good!

They had good Singers, good entertainment starting around 8 PM and the Cocktails are amazing as well, so 5 Stars for the Cocktails and Entertainment. *

The Restaurant had a nice view to the Beach and has places to sit for over 300 people. Lot of space.

The Service Team are friendly, some know how to speak english. One didn’t know what Ice cubes was so I showed him a picture and the other was very helpful. 4 Stars for service, because they are friendly and they work hard running around from 12...

We went there for a meal last night 18 April 2017. All I can say is do not eat in this place. The food is discusting and inedible. We have 3 young children and thought you can't go far wrong with pizza and spaghetti bolognese. How wrong we were!! None of us could eat the food and when we refused to pay for it we were shouted at by the owner "you pay, you pay, or I phone police". He even described us as a "difficult family" as we had the cheek to ask for a non smoking table! We could not believe what we were hearing and we only paid as our kids were getting so upset by the thought of their dad being arrested. I would rate this place zero stars if I could and would urge you all not...

Had a great night watching The MJ experience so such a shame things changed and will never return. Charged us extra for drinks we didn't have and most def watered down. The guy bought over the wrong drinks. We were then charged. Got really aggressive towards us and speaking between themselves. Tried reasoning with them and explain they were in the wrong. For the sake of 9 euros we paid it but was it really worth a 5 star review that's now turned into a 1 star review. Asked to speak to the Manager and no-one materialised.
