Alan was the best waiter I’ve had in all of Santa pola. Sometimes I’m struck with nothing but surprise having a waiter that clearly has had decades of experience. He clearly had about 10 years of waiting experience his knowledge of wine and the menu and everything his dedication to this role astonished us and I will be coming back many many many more times just for him. He is the best. I haven’t ever come across a better Waiter in my entire life. he’s so intelligent and knowledgeable and he’s very very kind, he follows the menu like a devout Christian would follow the Bible. he is the spearhead of this establishment and while the food is fantastic, I would never give this place a second look if it weren’t for alan’s...

It is rare I give 5 stars across the board but this restaurant truly left a very good impression! From service to food and atmosphere it was an excellent experience!! We went with a group of 10 to dinner on a Friday without reservations!! They accommodated us and went and beyond to serve us. Food took a little longer because it is cooked by a Michelin chef and it’s fresh. Besides who is on hurry in Spain? If you are you will miss out and so get over it LOL! Highly recommend it. I do suggest you make reservations because they do get busy!! Will be back...

Vivimos y Santa Pola y teníamos pendiente subir a la terraza de este restaurante. Decidimos subir para tomar algo, así que no puedo evaluar la comida. A las 20.30 de un viernes la terraza estaba vacía pero nos indicaron de ocupar una mesa lateral, fuera del toldo porque las otras estaban reservadas...pedimos dos mojitos y nos dijeron que no tenían ingredientes para hacerlos. Pedimos un vermut y un ron con cola. Me ofrecieron 3 variedades de ron y finalmente la que elegí tampoco estaba. Me parece lamentable que un restaurante que se presenta como un sitio chic tenga tan poco variedad y oferta, solo porque ya no es agosto. Dado el mal contento solicitamos por lo menos cambiar de mesa. Y efectivamente una hora después la terraza estaba casi toda vacia..o sea que lo de las mesas reservadas no era verdad o estarían reservadas dos horas después. La presentación también muy triste: ni una rodaja de limón o naranja en la copa,aceitunas en el Martini tampoco...unos frutos secos o patatas de bolsa por 13€ me parecería lo mínimo. Lo único que destacaría son el buen ambiente y la destreza de Alex, el camarero que nos sirvió ,llevando la bandeja de forma muy profesional.. Educado,buena presencia.
