We went to the terrace to eat something small while waiting for ferry. The waitress came to explain something in Spanish. We didn't understand her but despite to this she kept on talking and was rude due to the language barrier. Another customer explained that she was telling us where the exit is. What kind of restaurant tells their customers immediately upon entering where the door is?! This was extremely rude and unacceptable behaviour! If I could give hundred stars, I will do that. We were welcomed yesterday by the amazing waitress (I Believe her name is Nadia, as it was on the bill). We were impressed how she managed everything alone! Kitchen, cleaning, serving drinks, welcoming customers. I believe it was the best experience at a food chain in a long while. She is a super star. Con Valor nunca hay fallo. Pero tengo que destacar algunas cosas de esta Valor situada en Santa Pola. Simpatía, eficacia, limpieza, seguridad y calidad. La chica no puede ser más agradable! Encantadora y súper atenta, ha estado dentro preparando todo ella pero sin perder de vista ni un solo detalle. Ha salido a hablarnos y aún sin poder ver su sonrisa por la mascarilla (que llevan en todo momento), claramente en los ojos se la podía ver rebosante de alegría. El chico ha sido algo más serio pero también muy educado y amable. Es triste ver algunos de los comentarios que ha escrito la gente sobre este sitio. La expresión es libre pero también hay que comprender en las condiciones y bajo la presión que trabajan las personas que están cara al público y aún así lo hacen así de bien. Ha sido nuestra primera vez ya que nos pilla algo lejos de casa, pero repetiremos sin duda! Baños limpios, todo muy limpio, utilizan todo el rato el gel, tienen cuidado con la desinfección de las mesas y sillas, la distancia entre mesas más que correcta.
