Boulevard Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Susanna

I went here in July 2018 with my partner and child. There aren't many restaurants on the front in Santa Susana so we came here after a walk as the food looked ok from what we could see. Unfortunately after sitting down when there were hardly any other people ordering food we had to wait at least half an hour for the waitress to come. Eventually my partner had to go and fetch somebody to take our order. Then we waited at least another 30 minutes before we asked the waitress, who had completely ignored us, where the food was. She said she would go and check and when she returned she mumbled some excuse. It was fairly obvious that the order hadn't been given to the kitchen and so we had to wait another 15 minutes. Of course when the food finally came we were starving so ate it although it was nothing special and certainly overpriced. We complained to the manager, but he just made some excuse without offering any compensation. In short I would definitely steer clear of this place...

This was one of our last stops the day before checking out of our nearby hotel. We arrived around 3pm and since it was warm, we decided to dine outside. Not the greatest idea because the flies were relentless... our party consisted of 4 adults, 4 children under age 13 and an infant so we had two tables. Waiter was very kind and patient with us as we had 8 different types of meals and drink orders. The food we ordered ranged from burgers to pasta to nachos and fish. I would recommend checking the menu throughly before ordering. They have corresponding pictures available which was great! I initially ordered cannelloni but was suggested to order a similar dish which was pretty tasty. The price was 223 euros for all of us with drinks, appetizers and entrees. Not a bad...

Very poor service. Took them ages to collect our orders. We only ordered a few tapas and waited over 40mins and the food wasn't even worth the wait. The restaurant wasnt that busy at the time and there seem to be a lot of staff but service is still very poor. Chipirones is lacking flavour, sauce of patatas bravas is disgusting.The waiter even spilled some of the chipirones on the table upon serving. We also ordered a portion of calamares, tuna sandwich, mussels and a couple bottles of cola/water. Altogether cost €72+ which we think is very expensive for the quality/quantity of food and service you get. Sorry but i dont think we will be coming back. Definitely a lot of room for...
