Telepizza Santander, Vargas - Comida a Domicilio — Restaurant in Santander

Not impressed, unfortunately. Despite visiting on a very busy Halloween evening, which usually means fresher, higher-quality food due to the fast turnover, the pizzas we brought home were disappointingly dry and flavourless. The three different pizzas we ordered tasted almost identical, and none were even cut, making it tough to enjoy.

On the plus side, the service was warm and accommodating. The lady at the counter went out of her way to help us by typing into Google Translate to explain the wait time, which was much appreciated. Honestly, the two stars are entirely for her.

So where do I start.. we took a holiday to Santander for my birthday which was yesterday the 18th .. we decided to save pizza night for my actual birthday... this place was close and seemed nice and when going back to the room to freshen up we asked for closing time and we were told midnight.. we got held up and didn't make it back down till 11:45pm to be shouted at in spanish by a member of staff that they were closing .. we didn't understand and tried to use google translate but the lady was being extremely rude so I told her how I really felt as it ruined my experience of Santander and especially on my birthday .. she continued to scream and shout at us as we walked away .. Delicious massive pizzas at good prices, along with friendly service. By the way, the stereotype that fast food is necessarily bad or inedible? Disproved time and time again, excellently disproved at Telepizza. Delicious, freshly prepared big badass pizzas with high quality methods and ingredients. If the anti-fast food snobs got served that pizza in a restaurant with a higher price, they would say, "How delicious, excellent".
