Verderame Pizzería — Restaurant in Santander

Excellent pizza and dough however one star lost because the pizza was not cut (I took away so this made it difficult to eat on the street) and for the distribution of cheese. Some parts of the pizza had none and were basically tomato on bread, while others had huge clumps, which meant chewing on them for a while just to swallow, felt like a choking hazard. Could have added more basil.

Still overall the dough is magical, and I think this is a good pizza when prepared...

Made a reservation in which the hostess got wrong. Not a huge problem they corrected that without too much of a wait. Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 came to the table with a lot of water in the middle which made it soggy. We had to ask the staff to fix it, in which they said it was normal. They tried to refire it but realized it couldn't be done so they remade it.

Once corrected the pizza tasted good. Shouldn't have had to ask to have it...

Me recomendaron este lugar y como buena apasionada de la comida italiana pues fui con muchas ganas, tengo que decir que la experiencia fue buena el personal fue agradable gentil y súper educado, el lugar estaba limpio y cuidado. Lo que más me encantó fue encontrar cervezas italianas auténticas en la carta, un detalle que siempre suma. 🤩

El queso de la pizza un 10 en su calidad, la mía era con mortadela estaba muy rica, La otra pizza tenía pesto y se notaba que era fresco, un punto muy a favor.

Lo que sí fue una gran decepción y sin ánimos de ser arrogante o antipática, fue el postre. Me ofrecieron pastiera napolitana, uno de mis dulces favoritos y muy de casa en pascuas, me dio ilusión, sin embargo lamentablemente el postre que nos dieron como pastiera en esencia estaba: muy fría y muy muy dura como de mucho tiempo en nevera, sin el aroma a Azhar ni naranja confitada ni trigo en fin los ingredientes característicos que hacen de este postre algo especial, parecía una tarta de otra cosa 🤷🏻‍♀️ Lo comenté con sinceridad cuando me lo preguntaron, porque creo que es justo tanto para el cliente como para el equipo decir las apreciaciones positivas y no tan positivas

En resumen, sin duda volvería por las pizzas, y como cliente agradezco el esfuerzo del personal, es un lugar...
