Da — Restaurant in Santanyí

Went here for pizza with family last night. We were the first people into the restaurant at about 7:30 as we had a young child with us. The single staff member came across as we were hindering her by being customers.

We sat down and the service wasn't much better, I don't know if they were short staffed or just generally slow and unhappy to be serving us.

The restaurant became busy fast (due to the slow service) to the point that tables started to leave as they had been sat there for 10-15 minutes without menus.

Ordering our drinks and food took a while, and it took even longer for them to turn up. But when they did I could not fault it. The pizzas were good, obviously home made and in a clay oven, and the pastas were fresh.

The food was a solid 4 starts. But the overall experience was much less.

Return each year as the food is excellent and staff always helpful. Quiet this time of year, which suits us. This year they prepared some excellent dishes for my wife who needs to have very low fat content.

Fully recommend this restaurant as food is freshly prepared, their own fresh pastas and there's meat and fish options too, as well as their varied pizzas.
