Florida Center — Restaurant in Santanyí

Friendly, great food , great cocktails , great prices, lovely ice cream. Pool and air hockey tables I came here in early May with my 3 children, my friend and her 2 daughters. 2 of the children have autism so finding somewhere they felt comfortable and food they would eat was a big plus for us. They absolutely loved the florida centre. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome, the children loved playing air hockey and pool which gave us adults a break and enjoyed a sneaky cocktail or 2 and kids having some mocktails, ( my autistic pokemon obsessed son loved his pikachu mocktail) The cocktails were great my personal favourites were the Costa brava and pina colada . The food was lovely, the portion sizes and price was also great. We spent every night but 1 here on our 7 night holiday and children are already planning to visit on our return next year. I'm really disappointed!

Went on our first evening for a takeaway ice cream. The lady wasn't remotely customer focused and grunted and pointed rather than speak, like we had done something wrong, this is two children ordering ice cream on their first night! Ice cream was fine, service was horrendous.

We gave them another go. My daughter and I went for ice cream, she ordered a scoop and was deliberating over the 2nd scoop, as children do. The already rude woman just walked off in a huff and left us standing there for ages. So we walked away and got ice cream elsewhere.

We went to watch the Celtic game and it only showed it where the pool tabls and air hockey was.Lucky for us there was one table and as we were there early we took all 4 seats and waited ,and waited,and waited. We go fed up waiting and went to the bar for our drinks and the staff weren’t amused. How were we supposed to get drinks when no one came out to take our order!!
