Es carbó bistro — Restaurant in ses Salines

Oh my!!! What an amazing place - hidden in the streets of Colonia de Sant Jordi! Our only regret is that we didn't find this Bistro earlier. This was the best meal during our 4 day stay in town. Prepared with love; what an amazing taste to all the dishes! Increadibly fresh and good quality ingredients. Owners are very friendly, caring and attentive. Superb service throughout!

We've had chicken teriyaki stripes, wok noodles, tuna filet, beef sirloin with shrimps & everything was cooked to perfection!

Wow! Our first visit to this amazing bistro and we were greeted and welcomed as friends. It was difficult to make a choice from the menu it all sounded so inviting. I chose the salmon with ratatouille and my husband the pork tenderloin. Such wonderful presentation and flavours. Of course we returned again a few nights later and savoured Cod with prawns in a wonderful sauce. This hidden gem is dining at it's very best. I would have given this place 5 stars, but there was just one little problem. The time it took between courses was unbelievable. Obviously only one chef doing everything, and for a busy restaurant with 30 + covers a tall task. We had finished our wine before even getting served.
