Sa Foganya — Restaurant in ses Salines

We visited this restaurant near our house on the last day of our vacation, and it was worth the wait! We tried to go earlier, but it was fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation at least two days in advance. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. I had the veal with truffle pasta, which was fantastic, and my friend had lamb with couscous. The couscous had a unique mix of vegetables and dried fruits, giving it a very interesting and unexpected flavor. Another friend ordered shrimp pasta, which was quite spicy but still flavorful. One of our group had a ribeye steak, but it seemed fairly standard (though I didn’t try it myself). We also enjoyed a great bottle of wine.

If you can secure a table here, this place is an absolute must-visit place for anyone visiting the area, searching for great food, in. clean and charming setting, at very reasonable prices.

Steve greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. This was echoed by all staff. Having liaised with the owner (through booking a table through Instagram), Dominic came to welcome us and really made us feel welcome and at home.

Had some beautiful food here and we both thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This was easily the best place to eat and drink on our visit to St. Jordi and would encourage anyone seeking great food and drink in a rustic and charming environment to book a table here.

We visited this restaurant on the second last night of our honeymoon in October (if I remember correctly, it only opens certain nights during the season. Also I believe it shuts during the winter for some of the months). It was amazing. We ate some delicious food during our 2 weeks in Majorca all over the island and this was the most exquisite dining experience of them all. We ended up speaking to the chef at the end of the night and he has a huge passion for cooking. His attention to flavours was excellent, each flavour complimented each other and you could taste every flavour mentioned in the dish.
