Brilliant staff welcomed at the reception with a glass of champagne then assisted filling in registration forms shown around the hotel give all the information about breakfast and dinner times. Then shown to our room which were a complimentary trolly of food was waiting for us salad cold meats and cheese and a bottle of water.|We had a ground floor studio which comprised of a double bed side units small couch and a desk there were mirrors pretty much on every wall with ample sockets to get your hair and make up done (always a plus) The shower and W/C are separated by a glass screen and you walk out to a double basin vanity unit. They provide shampoo body wash and conditioner which are all very good quality. We had a patio door which led out to a fully decked area with 2 sunbeds for our sole use although you are surrounded with other studios and upstairs staterooms it still felt very private. Our terrace looked onto the magnificent swimming pool which in turn looked over the sea and a fabulous coast line.|Your rooms are made up twice daily and your bed and towels are changed as often as you'd wish you put your towels in the shower tray for getting them replaced with clean new ones and there was a card that you placed on your bed when you required your bedding to be changed. They have a turn down service at night they fix out your towels and dressing area turn down your sheets and leave a wee sweetie on the bedside cabinet. |In the morning we headed to the dinning room for breakfast where there was a brilliant choice of food from a full cooked breakfast omelettes made to order and a great choice of fruits and yogurts. There was also a choice of eggs benedict porridge and first rate coffee all variations from Lavazza coffee company also water samosa orange juice apple juice etc.|Night time dinning if you are half board is fantastic there is a set menu for all seven days along with a daily specials for you to choose from. The desserts are amazing the patisserie chefs are out of this world there's also a large selection of quality cheese fruit quince bread olives and salad.|You choose your table and a dedicated waiter looks after you for that evening, you do have to buy water for the table at around 6 euros the wine selection is reasonably ok and the prices are a little high but nice to have with your meal if you don't finish the bottle on the night they will label recork it and bring it to you the following evening.|The spa area is as good as I've seen anywhere it's absolutely crammed full off all treatments you can think off and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi is second to none. There are saunas steam rooms water fountains all which were very good. |The Baroca bar (Pool Bar) is very comfortable and nice to look at you can get an afternoon snack and drink and finish off your evening with a late night cocktail there is also entertainment here on some evenings which due to the proximity to the rooms stops at 10.30pm . There is also a lobby bar where they put on entertainment and serve the most gorgeous cocktails again all the staff are very pleasant and very helpful and attentive. |The resort itself is quite small with lots of great bars and restaurant's plenty of choice.|We would not hesitate in returning to this resort and Hotel. We have recommended it too...

Wow, I don’t know where to start. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF. We (group of 7 people from all around the world) came to celebrate my mums birthday to Mallorca and selected this hotel. And what can I say? It was the best time ever!

Service: Before the visit we arranged everything with the hotel (HUGE THANKS TO SANDY!!) to surprise my mum with a cake, flowers and a nice table just for our group. Also we arranged a SPA treatment and my mum just loved it. When we arrived we understood how good our decision was to come here. During check in we received a welcome cava. The whole staff is paying so much attention and cares about your wellbeing.

Food

We selected the breakfast only option but then we went everyday for the dinner because it was amazing!!! The breakfast is amazing and gives you EVERYTHING you want. You can order coffee, you can get pancakes or a variety of mallorquinese specialties. Fresh juices, churros, British breakfast, all cheese, different jamons etc… It’s the best start of the day. The birthday cake was also amazing!

The dinner was just amazing as well, we celebrated my mums birthday also there. The salads and all other small snacks and desserts you take in the buffet but the main courses (first and second) you can choose between different varieties. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!! And also the staff there is just amazing, special thanks to Ramon!! We were already known in the dining room because our our big group and our famous table! Also the sunsets are breathtaking!

SPA We loved the Spa! There is everything you need, relax rooms, sauna, hamam, could pool, normal pool… In April it’s very calm there so we were most of the time alone there. Special thanks to Mercedes who we met on our last day. After check out we were able to spend some hours in the spa before our flight.

room Amazing big rooms, we had the room with the side sea view. Beautiful interior and a lot of space. There is a coffee machine and the best products in the bathroom. Also there is an empty bottle that you can fill up with water in the hallway.

Also the village offers a lot, we went on a boat trip (Corb Mari Experience) and it was amazing as well! You can also go play tennis in front of the hotel. Also there are turtles outside and the view is amazing from everywhere.

In total we just want to say thank you so much for his hotel and the whole staff. We had 3 magic days there and were so so happy during the whole stay. We didn’t want to leave this place and we definitely will come back. April is an amazing time to go here, the weather is nice and there are not many people. All our wishes were fulfilled and the same time the relation between customer and staff was so calm and amazing. Thanks to everyone ( sadly I don’t know all the names, but thanks to all the receptionists, to the luggage carrier, to the cleaning service (they cleaned everything amazing !!!), the dinning/breakfast staff (especially ramon) and to Sandy for the whole preparations. Every time we met someone of the staff they were smiling and greeting all of us.

We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and come back!

Kind regards Anna and the...

We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the woman working by the pool sunbeds was exceptionally kind and friendly — her service really stood out and made our time there more pleasant. Also, the young man who helped us with luggage and showed us to our room did an excellent job. He was polite, attentive, and explained everything clearly. However, there were several downsides to our stay. We wrote to the hotel before our stay to book a boat tour but there was no response. Upon arrival, our reservation couldn’t be found, and the reception staff seemed rather indifferent and unhelpful, we had to help him find it, which made the check-in process stressful. The breakfast service was also lacking. Nobody informed us that there was a separate breakfast menu available, and overall, the staff seemed disengaged.

We had booked a room with a junior suite with side sea view, which was more expensive than the courtyard junior suite, but unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The balcony was spacious, but the sea view was minimal, and the space felt cold and uninviting — even a few plants or flowers would have made a big difference. The pool sunbeds were always mostly booked with towels but we usually were able to find 2 free sunbeds.

Overall, there were a few highlights thanks to individual staff members, but the general service and room quality did not match the price we paid. Don't see a reason to return...

Arrival: Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, with thorough explanations provided, leaving no questions unanswered. Room: The room is incredibly spacious and appears freshly renovated. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable. In-room amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, etc. were provided. The TV can be connected for remote play with personal content. Although the small outdoor terrace lacks privacy, it offers two comfortable and high-quality loungers. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet can be a bit hectic and chaotic. While vegan options are indicated by signs, they are somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food is excellent. Service: Every staff member exudes tremendous enthusiasm and is consistently attentive to the needs of guests. They go above and beyond to accommodate requests. Gym/Spa: The gym is well-equipped and often less crowded, allowing for a peaceful workout. A notable feature is the ability to connect to the sound system via Bluetooth to play your own music. The spa area is modern and features two saunas, a large swimming pool with various massage functions, an ice bath and a relaxation room. Conclusion: This is truly a lovely and tranquil hotel. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
