These people would not know what food or service was if it hit them in the face. They can’t even prepare Iberian pork, which I don’t think was Iberian pork, just plane old white pork, the taste is obvious to anyone who knows it, having spent the last 3 weeks in portugal where the food and pork was exceedingly better, even at a road side cafe in the middle of nowhere in Alentejo, this place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. My “meal” which was supposed to consist of Iberian pork, potato wedges and aubergine didn’t even come with aubergine, instead I got bell peppers which tasted like it was fried in 3 day old dirty sunflower oil. Sadly, the place is hugely overpriced for food with such poor quality. My mark might seem harsh, but considering the fact that it was the only place in the 5-star hotel or around where we could eat dinner – it was a disaster 🙁 Almost every dish we ordered throughout 3 days of stay was below average. We visited the restaurant three or four times, first just for drinks which it was a great/amazing experience, the bartender was really friendly and looking after us. Second time food was good! Third time it was quite busy! service wasn’t the best, specially a member of the team who took 15 minutes to get us a coffee for take away, with not the best manners.
