Would give it 0 stars if I could. Upon arrival we were told to purchase our tickets online because it was cheaper, went away and did this. Went to pay for a locker but were told there were none inside and the ones outside were taken so we had to give our backs to staff for them to store and we were only allowed to comeback 3 times to get things in/out. We asked them what we are meant to do as our tickets were on our phone after being told to buy them online and there is nowhere safe for us to leave our stuff actually in the park. They just shrugged. We asked somebody else if they sold water proof phone cases inside and they did. So we got into our swim stuff and gave in our bag. We walked into the park and staff wouldn’t let my boyfriend in without his top. We then queued 15 minutes just to get his top. Got his top and were allowed in. Purchased a waterproof phone case and we thought we were finally going to enjoy the water park! Upon walking into the water park (a double entrance) we were turned away because we didn’t have shoes on. Where are we meant to leave our clothes and shoes if there is no where to store them?! After this €68 for the tickets, $3.50 for bag storage, €8 for parking we decided to leave the water park. Not to mention it was full of kids on school trips with no adult supervision constantly pushing in with the queues. A day of our holiday wasted and $80 down the toilet plus the...
Read moreNot an amazing experience.
The lockers. You have to pay €3 for a teeny tiny locker. This locker has a 6 digit code, which I guess you’ll just have to remember when you want to re-open it?? Sorry but that is crazy to me.
Then the hammocks/loungers. There is no place at all to just sit down, other than restaurant chairs and these loungers. Which means if you would like to lay down anywhere at all in the park, you HAVE to rent a lounger which were €7 per lounger. What the actual….
The slides were pretty fun. Although I fell out of my swim ring/float in one of them after it just flipped over in the middle of the slide. Luckily just a little bruise on my knee and elbow. And no I’m not overweight or too light for these slides.
The sand is very annoying and it’s unpleasant to walk around on your bare feet because there is sand everywhere on the tiles (not like thin beach sand, this stuff hurts on your feet).
The waves in the main pool are cool, that was fun. Also the red/yellow slide with the funnel was a fun experience.
All in all not a very good experience. Very expensive for what you get (it’s not big) and it seems that they are trying so badly to take money from you in every imaginable...
Read moreWe needed a reprieve from the heat in Seville and this was it. It is not huge but has everything you need for a day out with the kids. We have two teens and we had a great time. Easy to navigate, most lines were less than 5 mins some up to 15 mins. Rides can’t be compared to some of the bug parks but still lots of fun. The staff were great, pleasant and helpful. Food was typical park food, Hot dogs and pizza were good and prices a little higher than outside but good for a theme park. We paid on line before hand for the “hammocks” loungers, we arrived at about 12.30pm, there were plenty available and we settled in. Later in the afternoon they were nearly. All taken, so get there early. Lockers were also easy to use and worked well. We had a great day, it’s a typical water park with a good variety for young and old, no crazy queues, I highly recommend for a fun day out of the heat. The reviews I read before I went nearly made me not go, I don’t understand some people’s expectations, it was so much better than the reviews and one of my best watermark experiences. The teens had a...
