I cannot express enough how much my family and I enjoyed our daily visits to this family owned business across the harbour. It became our morning routine to take a leisurely stroll to their restaurant and enjoy a cup of coffee with our two young children. The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the very first visit.
The location of the restaurant provided stunning views of the harbour, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation, which made our experience even more memorable.
The quality of the coffee and food was exceptional, and we were impressed by the variety of options available on the menu. The attention to detail and care that went into every dish was evident in the taste and presentation.
Overall, we were thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and delicious dining experience. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making our stay that much...
Read moreI honestly can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Firstly, its location: it sits in a prime position, overlooking the prettiest of harbours – a glorious outlook, with the mountains on the horizon. Then the staff, led by Lorne and Yoli: they are so welcoming, friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble for them. (Shout out to Fran too.) And the food! Fabulous. The chefs are outstanding and they cooked our steaks just to our liking (my husband likes his well done and I have mine medium) – honestly, we’ve never had a better steak (and not all chefs can cook a steak well done without ruining it!) and it helps that they source their meat carefully, from a trusted supplier. This was the jewel in our visit to Cala Bona and we reserved a table on our last night, so that we ended our visit on a...
Read moreHad breakfast twice very friendly staff and food delicious but returned for evening meal unaware you had to book in advance which is fine but then got asked how many in party which we replied 7 people . The response was well 7 makes things complicated so we can’t accommodate you and was said in a couldn’t care less attitude ! We didn’t make a fuss but in the present climate I was surprised they reacted like that . We then returned to the lovely Indian restaurant just around the corner called Haweli as we had previously visited this holiday which is highly recommended delicious food quality and fantastic friendly staff . Janet & John you lost a 160 Euro taking and could do with a lesson in how to speak to people who keep your doors...
