Trattoria Porto Bello — Restaurant in Son Servera

Terrible experience! I would never return to this place. We visited on the first day of our holiday for lunch, and I ended up with food poisoning that ruined the rest of our trip. I ordered a chicken salad and only noticed halfway through that some of the chicken pieces at the bottom were nearly raw! This shows a shocking lack of basic food safety. I pointed it out, and they took the dish away, offering to make something else, but after realising I had just eaten half a salad with raw chicken, I had no interest in eating anything else from there.

When the bill arrived, I was shocked to see the salad still included. I explained that I would not be paying for it, but the staff said they could only offer half price since I had eaten part of it. I refused, as I knew I would likely get sick. The service was rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of responsibility. No apology was given. Avoid this place if you value your health and want decent customer service. Absolutely...

Friendly staff, but they were standing around the tables like guards - to try getting more customers. Probably works, but it felt like they were watching us all the time. Please let us have some space, haha.

The food I ordered was sadly one of the worst dishes I have eaten. Couldn't finish it and I am usually not picky. I ordered the carbonara. The ham had a consistency of slimy spam and the taste overall was flour and butter. The spaghetti tasted cheap and store bought.

There are probably better items on the menu, but I am making my rating solely on the dish and service I got. Don't get the carbonara, get a pizza or something else the other reviewers have liked.

Also, dont get a Mojito, it's served in a pineapple shaped vase and tastes extremely diluted - wife did not finish it. The beer was...

Went here 3 separate nights for tea, we looked at the menu at the front before deciding to go, the lady working asked us what we had in mind to eat, I really wanted a prawn pasta dish and she helped us decide. I went for the Gamberetti pasta, it was incredible, my fiancé went for the spaghetti bolognaise he thought that was also very good and the cheesy garlic bread was delicious. the service was great, everyone working was lovely, we felt very well taken care of each time. After we paid on the last visit I had spoken to who I think was the manager and told him that we were heading back to the UK the next day and we would miss the lovely food, he was very happy and wished us a safe flight home and told us we are very welcome back again.
