Too Spicy Despite Requests

Despite living nearby and loving Thai food, we were disappointed with the consistently too spicy dishes and the high cost of 19€ for a chicken curry with rice.

First Order: The food was very tasty with crunchy vegetables and good portion sizes, but it was way too spicy despite picking an option that wasn't marked as spicy.

Second Order: The food was delicious again, but once more, it was too spicy even though we asked for less spicy.

Third Order: I wanted to give them one last try because we really liked the food. I called and emphasized three times, "please not spicy, please very soft," and they assured me it would be okay. The food was less spicy than before but still way too spicy (and we are accustomed to spicy foods, so that's not the issue!).

We were very disappointed to find out that the rice costs an extra 3€ per portion. In all the Thai places we know, rice is included with the curry. The total cost of a chicken curry with rice was 19€, which is quite expensive.

We really wanted to give them a chance, but unfortunately, we will not be ordering food...

A little hidden as it’s not on the seafront and only one other couple dining so lacked any atmosphere. We started with the tempura prawns and vegetable spring rolls, both a little disappointing in flavour and for me the batter was too thick.
