​A Stunning Meal with a Beautiful Sea View - Well Worth the Trip! ​My wife and I travelled down from our home in Alcúdia last Thursday evening to try Indian Taj, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. ​The restaurant boasts a beautiful setting with lovely sea views, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. ​The food itself was simply stunning. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. My wife's mixed grill, in particular, was amazing – perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. Helpful and friendly staff, quick service 5/5. Prices are fair 4/5 - comparable to those in Germany, so not so cheap either. Ordered Chana-Bhatura, which was good 4/5. Lamb Biryani was okay 3/5, but not excellent. The Raita was very disappointing 1/5: it was just plain yogurt with chopped onions - no spices, not even salt was there. So, in total 3/5.

Edit (response to the owner): We did ask the staff about what kind of Raita it is. His answer ("It's the normal/usual Raita") wasn't very elaborate, so we assumed it comes with the spices/tadka etc (otherwise why call it a Raita, just call it yogurt with onions). It also took them a while to bring it after ordering; for which they also apologized, which is alright. But if they take their time, they must also do it right. It has to be worth the price (3-4€) that you're charging for the item.

Don’t go there if you are allergic to something. In my case milk. The Menu does have the labels on some food when there is milk , sea fruits or nuts, etcetera. BUT, I ordered something that had no signs of milk in the description nor was the label on it. When it came it was full of cream! Luckily I right away smelled it. I wouldn’t have complained on internet if the waiter would have reacted appropriately. But it was far from the case… yes they did offer to change the food but not without having a lot of attitude making me look like I wanted something for free and when I explained how it could be confusing and dangerous the comment hasn’t be taken well… Anyway the food wasn’t bad so if you’re are not allergic to anything and you don’t planing on asking what’s or ever to the waiter you...
